Melanie Thompson – Director.
Melanie joined Initiative in 2002 as a Director with over 25 years’ of secretarial, managerial and administrative experience.
Melanie is responsible for the day to day management and administration of the business to ensure that the office runs smoothly, and is a key central point of contact for the team of consultants and clients.
Melanie is the friendly voice that our clients and consultants have grown accustomed to hearing when calling into our office.
She is a valuable support to the Directors with their day-to-day work and is responsible for the maintenance of the company accounts systems including purchasing, invoicing, credit control, payroll & VAT.
